About

The Bruneian Postgrads website is attached to the Bruneian Postgraduate Soceity in the UK. The Postgraduate Society is a body attached the to Brunei Students Union. It was established in late 2009 and came about as a result of the success of the 1st Bruneian Postgraduate Symposium held in London on the 26th of March 2009.

The goal of the Postgraduate Society is to provide support to Bruneian students and graduates. This includes the sharing of information across all levels as well as domains of research and study. The society will act as a vehicle to provide advice and foster communication and collaboration which will allow researchres to pursue potentailly new avenues of research.

The overall aims of the society are as follows:

  1. To aid in the establishment of a responsive and relevant academic network
  2. To foster ties of camaraderie between postgrad students
  3. To be an aid and resource for postgrad concerns, as well as a liaison between the Brunei Students’ Unit and the postgrad community
