The Bruneian Postgraduate Society would like to welcome the new and returning postgrads to the UK and to postgraduate life. As the first postgraduate event of the new academic year, the Society will be organising an orientation/social on October 24th (Saturday) in London from 9.30am to 6pm. The event will be split into 2 different sessions, a morning session and an afternoon session
There will be talks given by representatives from Brunei Students’ Unit and University College London during the morning session followed by a river tour to Greenwich later during the day. Lunch will be provided.
Please spread the word to anyone you know whom might be interested, and it would be nice if you could let us know whether you’re interested in coming etc so we know the numbers to expect. Attendance for each session is optional. You can attend either the morning session, afternoon session or both. Those of you who aren’t keen to attend the morning session (optional), are welcome to join us for the trip in the afternoon.
